Bad behavior from Seniors

Hi,

I just want to make Foschini Management aware that I was at their store this week at Midrand Branch, I'm really disappointed in the way the Senior or Manager there handle's the staff, I might not know whether the person was senior or normal employee but please in order for you guys to provide good customer experience, this needs to start at your employees and if you don't do that the bug will go through to your customers and that won't be good for your business, I am a manager at my current employer and from time to time I learn on how to handle employees, I am a customer at the store but please educate your manager's to handle their employees and respect them, I hope this will help you guys better your work place at Midrand Store and it won't in any case get them to be victimized by this comment, they all parents and breadwinners at their respective homes just like managers are at their homes. I hope this will improve and you guys will handle your staff better as we always at the store from time to time and if there's no improvement will look for another store to go to.
