Knock Knock

I recently went to Hi Fi Corporation to go and exchange a remote control. I was carrying two other remotes with me when i walked into the store, as soon as i walked in with my brother and sister we heard this man say "knock knock" in sotho. When i turned to him i asked if he was talking to me and he nodded his head i then told him that what he is saying is rude. i continued on to customer care. As i was walking out unable to find the manager i spoke to the stand in Manager whom i explained what happened and she exclaimed yes thats Ben he likes to do that.
That is a rude way of greeting customers at the door and honestly makes a customer want to walk away as a another lady had the same problem. What is surprising is that the people there already know that he does it but do not reprimand him. I was so angry that i did not even continue to look at other appliances that i had interest in purchasing.
