I ordered a comforter set from Homechoice on 20.11.2013. It is now 09.12.2013 n all i receive is different excuses from the consultants when i call to follow up on my order. Wen i contacted them on 03.12.2013 i spoke to Sandra who told me theres no stock, yet wen i check their website it shows INSTOCK-ADD TO BASKET??? i sent a call back to them n Bongani contacted me that afternoon. He assured me that stock has arrived n 1 has been reserved for me & it will be dispatched shortly. All the while my online order status has been continously changing from "Order to be dispatced shortly" to "processing order" vise versa. I contacted them today as well & this time the consultant tells me theres no stock??? does anybody knows whats going on there? i go back online- the website still reflects instock for the size that i ordered! if u guys do not hav stock then y are u misleading the consumers??? How long must i wait for my order until i take this matter up legally? I will refuse to except that there is no sock since your website is so misleading in telling me there is stock and i will proceed to handle it legally if i hear no stock one more time! i dont want my money bak i want my order!
