Breach of Contract

When I purchased my television last year I signed a contract saying that my debit order will be debited on the last day of each month. Imagine my surprise when I got a sms saying due to salary date changes debit orders will go off on the 13 Dec 2013. This is unacceptable. I am not a seasonal or contract worker and get my salary on the LAST day of each month regardless of the month or season. I draw up a budget each month and this is a unforeseen expense.
