"Leather" lounge suite fake

I purchased a so called "leather" lounge suite (carreira) for R20, 000 cash (i.e. not on account) from House&Home N1 city in February 2013.

Only 10 months later and the "leather" is starting to peel. This is clearly not genuine leather even though the product was (and currently still is) being sold as genuine leather. I complained to the manager at the store, Johan, who seemed very non-chalant about the issue and said this happens regularly. He told me he has to contact the suppler but I do not want a repair or replacement or voucher!

This kind of practice is in direct contravention of section 41 of the CPA due to the false and misleading advertising and misrepresentation. The sales practice of House&Home will result in very bad public image if this gets to the newspapers and/or courts. I have consulted my lawyer who confirmed that I have a case if I choose to take action.

Please arrange for my money to be refunded into my account and collection of the couch (which is still brand new) as soon as possible or I will have to take further action by alternative channels.
