CONTRACT NOT ADHERED TO

Credit application done and signed - fee was to be deducted on the salary date - which is the 7th of the month on the application form. Debit order for fee put through on 28th of the month without notification that this was going to be done. The excuse from them was that there was no run on 7th of the month - this is no excuse, the 28th is nowhere near the 7th of the month - notify the client as the 28th is not the salary date on the application form or do a separate run for that day. This is extrmemly unprofessional and in breach of the contract signed. A letter was requested from them to say that this was their mistake for not putting the debit order through on the correct date. The contract states the fee will be deducted on the salary date as per application form. This could jeapardise the credit record of the applicant due to their inefficiency and incompetance. No letter has been forthcoming.
