MANAGER NOT PRO- DELIVERY INTO INJURY TIME

To Whom It May Concern,

Two weeks ago, I did my part and asked for extensive information regarding product, availability and delivery specifics. I ordered the sky drawer and specifically asked it to be delivered on a Tuesday being 10th December - there were two conditions to my sale, one being that the product is delivered pre-assembled to me and second, that it be done on a Tuesday as my helper will be able to assist as she only comes in on Tuesday. Because the store was off-line, capturing was delayed which resulted in this delay... These spefics were written down and given to capture on the system once back on line - Today I get a call that the delivery will only be on Thursday - who is going to receive the goods when I am at work? --- The manager seemed uninterested in assisting me... I have given @Home ample time for delivery - it needs to be delivered on Tuesday, any other time will be too late as my family will be coming from Durban and my guest room needs to be finished before they arrive... I am frustrated as @Home does not understand the gravity of messing up with planning... This leaves me no choice by to source out the product from elsewhere, unless @Home fixes it.
