No stock/ no manners - disgusting no response

I went to Clicks Eden Meadows. What a pleasure. There was an item of stock that was not available. Not a problem for them, they called Greenstone and arranged for them to keep stock for me.
This is when the problem started. Firstly, the person that was meant to keep the item for me was nowhere to be found. Then after getting to the till, the Pedestal fan they had on the shelf scanned at the wrong price. I brought this to their attention, and they checked, and the item I chose was incorrect. My fault, this I understand. I then asked if they have stock of the correct item, I was told rudely and straight away, "NO". I had to ask the staff member to check, which he begrudgingly did. Still, the answer was no. So I asked him when they were getting stock and he just stared blankly at me. Fed up, I left. Straight away I lodged a complaint with the Clicks Call Centre, as Ifeel it's better to give a chance to resolve it before resorting to HelloPeter. I was promised a response within 48 hours, and this was over a week ago. I see how little you guys care about your customers. I know where not to go from now on...
