Mr Price
Trouble opening an account!!

I currently have a Sheet Street Acc.(part of Mr Price Group).
June 2013, I attempted to open a 'MR PRICE ACC.', my request was rejected, reason: 'The reason your application form was rejected for duplicate was because you already have a sheet street account, but you applied again. Then after you applied for a Mr. price within an few minutes time..., ' (That is quoted out of an e-mail sent to me).
I replied saying that it would be totally stupid to apply for something I already have, & that I did in fact apply for a 'MR PRICE' account. They then sent me a screenshot of the 'applications' I still dont see why I would apply for something I already have. I replied to Yolanda Marais (who e-mailed me) & expressed my feelings & frustrations, could it not have possibly been a system error? Yolanda in return said she was busy sorting my application out, that was on the 23/07 & I still haven't heard anything. August I went in store to see if that may be a better option... I still haven't heard from them.
Why not just pull the clients info. from Sheet Street (or vice versa) seen as both companies are apart of one group, problem solved, client happy. All I wanted was a Mr Price Acc.
