Half the stuff I paid for is not in my bag

Im am from rustenburg and visited keywest mall for the day... I did some shopping at sheet street. The card machines did not work or so we were told, no barcodes on things we bought so getting the price to pay took forever but besides that most of the things I paid for was never put in my bag and I am now in rustenburg again and when I opened my sheet street bag I noticed everything that wasnt put in...
I bought a big leather rug and 3 curtain tie backs 3 yellow towels and 1 yellow face cloth. Now im in rustenburg with only a rug. No towels or tie backs. If the staff at sheet street would chat less and do more this would never have happened. Now I paid about R300 for things I dont have. I hope someone from sheet street will phone me with a solution to how im going to get my things as soon as possible without driving a hour to keywest to get them.
