I ordered a bedding set and paid cash for same and i was advised they do not have it at hand but once they have it will be delivered, i was happy about it. Today i got an sms stating that i owe HomeChoice an amount equal to the bedding, upon calling them, they advised that due to the fact that i ordered another item of which i specifically said i willk pay cash for on the end of the month being the 25th, they took that item and deducted on the amount of the bedding and to make it worse, they are telling me the item has been dispatched without no knowledge of same as the norm i get an sms that the item has been dispatched. The issue at hand now is that they took an amount of the order that has been paid for and should be allocated and put it into a deferent order. If Home Choice is able to listen to their customer and stop pushing sales this would not be an issues as preference as a cash costumer should be high as i was informed on the 9th April when i spoke to the gentlement who took my call. So Home Choice if i do not get my bedding as promised and i honestly do not want to buy any items from you any more hence i am an unhappy customer.
