Bad Service

I ordered a dress from Bride&Co Boksburg. The consultant, Nadira, was helpful. Since they did not have stock of the dress, she placed an order for it. They called to confirm the dress had arrived and I could go collect. My husband went through and noticed they they had the wrong size. He requested they they please deliver, when the correct size arrives. They seemed fine at the time. When the correct dress arrived they called to say I must come and collect, even though this was not the arrangement. The fact that they ordered the wrong size and went back on their word is what I have now come to expect from Bride&Co. The manager/ess did not even have the decency to return my calls.

Never will I refer them to anybody. Bad service and attitude
