Jet zevenwacht cashiers ignorant!!!

I decided to go to the mall on Friday 29 November in hopes of purchasing my 4month old son a few clothing items for the summer. I was charged double the amount. The more I tried to tell the cashier the swipe machine had approved the purchase, the more he argued with me that it declined, we swiped again and it finally went through!!! I informed the branch manager about this she stated that it would reverse automatically the same day or the Saturday... nothing. I went in the Monday, they still could not help me, I tried the Wednesday (4/11/13) again... same story... they were waiting for an authorisation code from the branch... I mean why should I run around after my own money??? after I showed them my bank statements and all proof that clearly stated I was charged twice they still refuse reimburse me without the banks confirmation.. I mean I have urgent duties I need to take care of with my money... I have a casual job and a son as well as other economic expenses I need to consider and here they are making me beg for my own money back!!!
