Alterations not ready on time

I had purchased a dress and was told to return on the 17th of november 2013 for alterations which I did as the dress was a size too big. I was then told to return on the 30 of november which was a saturday to collect the dress as the function would be the following friday. I had phoned the day before I went to collect the dress and they told me that they would get back to me which they did not. I phoned them again and they told me the same thing and still didn't get back to me. I then phoned on the saturday that I was suppose to collect the dress and they told me that I should come the next day and it will be ready. I went the sunday to collect the dress and it was still too lose and nothing had been done. They then told me to return today and it will be ready and when I phoned today they said that it was still not ready and I should come tomorrow. This was a total waste of my time and I am very worried that I might not have a dress for my matric farewell which is in 3 days time
