Food Lovers Market
Asking for service & being greated by arrogance

On 4 December i went to the Food Lovers Market in Parklands. Myself and my wife were standing by the confectionery display and wanted to buy a slice of cake. There wasn't anyone standing behind the counter, so we were patient and waited there for about 5 minutes. So i saw a gentleman standing in 1 of the isles talking to a supplier and he looked like a manager or supervisor of some sort. I apologised for interrupting what he was doing, but proceeded to tell him that we were not getting service and that we had been waiting for 5 minutes already. To which his response was that they only service people after 10 minutes. Now I don't know if that was meant to be funny or just simply arrogance, but this left my blood boiling and the gentleman in question was lucky i had my family with me. I didn't get his name, but i can describe him as shortish white guy with a short shaven head and in his mid to early thirties. And incase you were wondering i didn't get any cake, because after that my mood soured somewhat after.
