I sent in my Blackberry cellphone for repairs with Finrite insurance through CNA (EDGARS). They claim to take 5 working days to repair a phone. My phone was sent in on the 11th November 2013. When I called in to follow up on progress a week later, they informed me my phone was still in storage due to the fact that I needed to pay my Edgars account. I then settled the amount immediately via EFT and called in to confirm payment as i was instructed to do so. The consultant then confirmed that an email was sent to the technical dept in order to begin servicing my handset. Last week i called back again only to find out that my phone was STILL in storage and NO EMAIL WAS SENT. I was told that in 5 working days my phone will be ready. It is not the 4th December, I have called in various times and been on hold for ridiculous periods of time. I have requested to speak to a manager and have had no luck either. Earlier today i was informed that my phone is only being worked on TODAY, as they did not have parts. I am completely disappointed in this service and have had to result in purchasing myself another handset in the interim due to this absolutely shockingly slow service!
