Empty promises, bad service, Rude and inadequate

I am so not happy with the service i am receiving from edgars and their insurance company. I took my phone in on the 4th of September 2013 to be repaired. They said phone will be ready in 5-7 working days. when i called (011) 37501800 to check progress was told that they have the phone but not the claim form from the store which i had signed. So i called edgars to tell them to fax claim form... following day found out form wwas not faxed because the guy Penny Mamphandeni who was assisting me at edgars was on leave, had to ask for manager finally he manage to get someone to assist me. On Monday the 16th of september i find out that the phone and claim form only got to them on the 11th whilst i took it in on the 4th. it the 18th today still no one is communicating with me regarding progress on my phone. i had to call the call centre again now and be on hold for 30 min!!! only to be told they still busy with the repairs so i call Penny and the lady who answered was so rude and was on hold waiting for Penny to take my call for 10 minute. All i want is my phone as promised that will take 5-7 working day. This is wrong in whichever way you look at it. totally wrong!!!
