Wrongly registered as slow payer with ITC

End of 2011 i was retrenched at work and had an insurance to cover such. I submitted my documents to a very rude Manager in Randburg branch by the name of Khogso. He never submitted my documents for about 4months, I was getting calls from their collection office telling me that am owing, i tried explaining to them that i have been retrenched and waiting for their response. One of the consultant advice me to go back to the store and found out what is happening since there was no notice of such in their records. I went back to the branch only to find out that Manager guy did not even know where my documents where.

I finally had to resend and that was after months waiting and according to the record i have not been paying for months with no reason.

The insurance company was very good, they helped me as soon as they received my papers and they paid out part of the money owned which they explained to me why not pay all the amount and i understood.

Now to continue i was already behind with months and ended up registered as as low payer. I don't want anything to do with Edgers only please clear my name as a slow payer, closed the account already. Worse of it the person responsible is a Manage
