Iam most dissappointed at MTN and FINRITE 4 phone

I have sent four emails to Finrite specifically to Natasha Carr requesting progress of my damaged phone. I was advised that the claim would take 7 days. however, now i am on a second week without a phone. I am not happy. I have pleaded my case but no-one is paying attention to my need. My last email to Natasha was as follows:

Hi Natasha

I have been trying to reach on 0861238242 endlessly today. I have been waiting for someone to pick up the phone all the times I attempted for more than 10 minutes. I am rather upset now because I was advised that the handset was dispatched on Monday. However, I am still waiting. Please note that should I not get my handset today, I will take further action because I am up to date with my payment but in times when the insurance needs to be on side no-one takes me seriously. I have in the past notified you that I use my phone for work. I am very disappointed as I was typing this email I was holding for someone to answer the phone and was on hold for 14 minutes to no avail. Tomorrow I will have to action further to get assistance. This is unacceptable.

I am dissappointed and wish i can terminate my MTN contract and insurance. What is a point
