I have been collecting the weekly issue of HMS Build The Victory for more than 2 years. In Nov I went to pick up the latest edition (116) and book back-orders for the issues I had missed (108 - 115). I was told to pay for the back-orders at a cost of 7 issues x R79 (R553). I would be contacted as soon as these were available for collection. The next week I went to check for the latest issue and see if the back-orders had arrived. Since they had not contacted me, I did not expect these to be there. I was however informed, that they also did not have any newer issues. Not a problem, I said, I'll come back next week to check. Again, the next week, no new issues.

I have since been to CNA Canal Walk every week, and each week I am told that they don't know why they are not getting any further issues. Everyone I speak to says that they are not responsible for that dept, and that I should speak to someone else. Eventually, last week, I was referred to Janine who promised that I would be contacted with an update. This did not happen.

I have now spent R9164 (116 x R79) on these issues. I need to know what happened to issues 108 - 115 that I paid for, and also where are the issues after 116
