Bad Service

Stood in the shop for 10 minutes before one of the staff members actually came to assist me (after he was done chatting to his friend). I asked for the manager, who proceeded to come out of her hibernation office and helped another customer.

I left and called EdCon Customer Service (twice). Call got dropped - twice.

Went to another store to purchase what I needed.

Absolutely shocking!
