Please I need my back orders from 5 months ago!!!

I am a very unhappy customer, 5 months or more ago i placed back orders for my Mclaren model with CNA the glen and i still don't have it, now they are asking me to please supply them with the proof of purchase that i actually paid for this. I have been Quering it for the last 5-6 Months why my back orders have not arrived and just kept getting told that they will come etc etc. i have every issue except for 2 issues to complete my model now the fact is that i have purchased two of every issue up to number 85. Everybody at the CNA knows me well and saw me every sunday to collect my issues, now i get told that the manager at the Glen wants slips that are ^ months old to prove that i actually back ordered these issues, what kind of do you take me for to collect every issue exept for 2? i am also waiting for a exchange on my daughters animal farm as the one that was supplied to me was damaged, and 1 more issue which was also back ordered please bear in mind that just mclaren has cost me R 17000 including my back orders, i want this issue sort out please.
