[URL Removed] - I am not at all impressed with you. Not one bit.

Someone made an order using my brothers name, surname and my email address. I've been trying to bring this to your attention via Twitter and calling in for the last 12 hours.

Eventually I get through to a Nadine Kaotz, who is very chilled about this whole thing. Nevermind, that if this is indeed, my being black is not going to help me state my case.

Then you wonder why people don't want to do online transactions -

You guys are not secure! As we speak I still have not had any help resolving this issue.
