Security of site questionable

Tonight I wanted to purchase 2 books, but when I got to checkout, I found a delivery address on my account that's not mine! This made me not want to continue with the transaction and question the security of doing business with Kalahari as clearly someone must have entered the address information against my account. Since the website 'changeover' at end August, Kalahari seems to have gone haywire: First my wishlists just disappeared. Previous email queries have never been answered. My postal address, where most of my orders were delivered is now noted as 'suspect', there's a street address in my supposedly secure profile that I certainly didn't enter, and when I clicked on the 'send an email' on the help page, nothing happened. I have absolutely zero confidence in doing transactions with Kalahari right now, and clearly something's wrong. I would like an answer as to why/how someone seems to have been able to access my profile and enter an address that has absolutely no link to me. Kalahari's reputation needs some urgent management here, failing which it looks like my only option will be to close my account.
