Overcharging customers and poor attitude

On 3 separate occasions I have been overcharged at Cotton On. When checking the till slip amounts to the price tags on the garments they do not correlate and the till slip is always more. The last time it happened I asked to see the Manager who did not appear at all concerned that this was happening regularly (a friend has experienced the same thing a few times) that it created a bad impression and that the customer was inconvenienced. Instead of saying this is unacceptable and will be taken up with the Head Office his explanation when I asked why it was occurring was that the system took a few days to action the changes. One can't help but wonder if this is another way they are increasing their profit margins!
