There were transactions that went off from my credit card - 8 times TOTAL R2 815.64. I l odged a complaint/query with FNB filled in the dispute form stating that THESE TRANSACTIONS WERE NOT MADE BY ME as I had the card with me. I followed up twice with the credit card division - everytime they said "they are still investigating". Today when I followed up they said the case was closed - NO REFUND!! No-one bothered to contact me back stating the reason for non-refund. FNB should change their logo from 'HOW CAN WE HELP YOU" to 'HOW CAN WE NOT-HELP YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!! The total transactions that were done fraudently was R2 815.64, which I'm not getting back because "FNB CAN'T HELP YOU!! "
