Brilliant Service

I ordered a DVD from [URL Removed] a while back. The item was placed on back order. This morning I received an email telling me that my product had arrived and was now being shipped.

But... between placing the order and the product being shipped I had moved home and the product was on the way to my old address. I contacted [URL Removed] via email and asked if there was any possibility of changing the deliver address.

Within a few hours I received a reply saying that my address had been changed an my product was on the way to my new address.
