I purchased an item at the Centurion mall Cotton On in OCTOBER, a week later I returned the said item to the store after discovering I already owned a few.

I went back and the cashier reversed the funds back onto my card but I have since not received my refund.

This all happened on the 13th of November. The manager assured me that the payment would take ten days to clear and that he would keep in touch with me should anything go wrong.

Well, its December, Still no refund, Which in my mind means that Cotton On has from me!!!

apart from them lying about the amount of time it would take for the funds to clear, The manager still hasn't gotten in touch with me regarding the matter even though he's got my details.

I GAVE YOUR PROPERTY BACK, I AM ENTITLED TO MY MONEY!!!
