Cotton On bad treatment of staff

Cotton On is contravening the Basic Conditions of Employment by not allowing their staff two tea breaks and an hour lunch. Casuals staff work from 12noon until 12 midnight. They have such a high staff turn over because of this and the way management speak to staff. Cotton On is an international company making big money in South Africa at the expense of out youth by exploiting them, knowing that this is a vulnerable group who wants to work and in cases need to work. Please stop exploiting our kids for profit Cotton On.
