Found wrong item in bag

I recently bought a Campmaster Safari Dome Tent 510 from Makro after a huge struggle to find a Makro which have stock of this specific tent. I bought it on the 20/11/2013. This weekend decided to open the tent in order to prepare for holiday to only find the wrong size tent in the bag. The bag say Campmaster Safari Dome Tent 510 but the tent inside the bag was the smaller 410 version. I phoned the Makro Customer Call centre this morning but they didn't seem eager to help only referred me to the Makro Store itself which I then called and spoke to the Manager to be again referred to Campmaster. I didn't buy the tent from Camp Master but I must sort out the mess. What is the use for the Customer call centre and Managers if they only refer you as a customer. I must waste my airtime and money to sort out the problem. I cant waste Petrol again to go to Jo burg as there will be no time or money to waste before leaving for holiday. Is this the kind of service the company strive for? I need the correct tent urgently. Please assist me.
