I bought kitchen units at the shop and was told that I will get a black stove for free if The kitchen units worth more than R20 000 and will have to pay to get a silver stove. I paid that extra amount for the silver stove but a black stove was delivered and I only realized after their carpenters have opened the stove that it was wrong. I then called the shop to get them to come and change the stove because it doesnt fit with the initial design and is not what I paid for. It's been 3 weeks since I complained to the manager but nothing has been done. I at present do not have a stove and cannot cook since I cant connect the black stove and use it.
I'm bitterly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I'm getting after I have paid to improve my kitchen with morkels.
