I wish to thank Mr. Imaad Rasthoi at the [URL Removed] Call/Support Centre whom I contacted at - 14h30 today after no reply was received after my first phone call early this morning (I spoke to a lady but I cannot recall her name. I also sent two e-mails to the [URL Removed] Support Centre, on 28/11/2013 and 30/11/2013, and no actions were taken, I did not receive any response besides for the automated response e-mail). It took Imaad Rasthoi 3 minutes to resolve my query. He was very helpful and his client service was excellent. He was friendly, professional and his knowledge of the [URL Removed] system exceptional. Compliments to this agent.
