I had a very nasty experience today with an extremely rude call centre agent called Thuso. He asked me when I would pay the amount which is in arrears on my account and I answered him to say that I would do so month end. To which he patronizingly responded that month end had passed. Long story short, I protested the way in which he was addressing me to which he responded, "It was all good when you were shopping, but when it is time to pay up you say I am being rude." It goes without saying that I am deeply offended by the manner in which I was addressed and how the matter of my account being in arrears was handled by this man. Recent history will point to the fact that I am a good customer and a timeous payer. I am only just going through a rough patch financially and do not think that this is the way in which a "valued customer" should be treated.
