We went to the new Cradlestone Mall on Saturday the 23rd November to check purchase 2 x dishwashers and 1 x Top loader washing machine. The sales consultant helped me and promised to have the appliances delivered the next day. I had compared the prices at Pick n Pay Hyper and they were more or less the same. Pick n Pay Hyper was offering me free delivery the same day of purchase. The sales Consultant promised me that they will give me a 50% discount on delivery and that it will be delivered the following day. We work away from Johannesburg and it is difficult to make arrangements to be at home to receive these items. Nothing was delivered up till now. Empty promises were made to get a sale. This is frustrating as arrangements were made and promises broke. We then arranged to have the items delivered on Friday the 29th November 2013 between 11:00 and 13:00. I received a call today from the store saying that they want to deliver today... Clearly they cannot keep to their promises and have issues with basic instructions. Highly frustrated!!!
