Over 2 months non delivery of goods

I bought a comforter set from Home choice in November 2013. An amount of R 2050.00 was paid in full on the 18th November 2013 and I was promised the set will be delivered within two weeks. It has already been over TWO MONTHS and Home choice has NOT YET delivered.

I called their non helpful call center over 20 times and no one seems to care. They give me different information/excuses every time I call.

I have to keep calling them to enquire about my parcel and all they give me is problems (e.g. that they just moved warehouses).

I have even been told by consultants that they cannot contact the warehouse to trace my parcel, i just have to wait.

When they want to sell me something are able to get hold of me, but when then have to deliver "they cant get hold of me."

This parcel has to either be delivered in the next 5 working or a refund.
