Excellent Customer Service

Me and my wife went to buy a Plasma TV in Brooklyn Lewis store. Upon entering the store, we were warmly welcomed and greeted with a friendly smile by an African saleslady, can't remember her name. She asked us on how she can be of service, we felt at home indeed as she vividly demostrated good product knowledge of the new TV's on display. Even though, their systems were offline, she assisted us very nicely, l would really like to say that the service we received was super Excellent.l could see that even the other sales Consultants in the store work as a Team. Delivery was done on the same day as they Promised us. Oh man, this is what l call Excellent Customer Service at it's Best. To all the staff at Lewis Stores in Brooklyn Milnerton, Cape Town, KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB!!
