Bad Customer Services and Unprofessionalism

I walked into a Lewis Store to pay for my mom's account round about 12midday. I followed the queue as it slowly went to the cashier, and when I was the third person to pay, a male consultant asked where our accounts were opened? And we all responded individually and mine was opened in Pritchard. And he went to the people at the back whom their accounts were opened inDobsonville to be at the front on the queue and when I asked what's happening? He said" why don't you seat down and stop asking questions"? And I told him that e must inform us in what he's doing. And his response was " Why don't you go pay at your branch"!! I took my bag while he was backchatting. He stressed that " Who am I to tell him what to do"?? As a consumer, I treat service providers with utmost respect. I would appreciate it if we can be respected. When they want a sale, they get all friendly & once you sign they no longer recognise you and don't even care to take care of that customer so that the very same customer can spread a good word about the excellent customer service offered by that store. That's how you keep customers happy and knowing that they'll always want to come back & grow the business!!
