I arrived at the store @6:15 pm to exchange two t-shirts for a bigger size, unfortunately there were none available. Thus, @6:20 pm decided to rather return the items. The slip was misplaced and I informed the cashier thereof. She was helpful but the manager then took over, that's where my issue starts. She checked on the system for the last purchase items, which were the t-shirts then walks away without letting me know anything. Comes back with a file @6:30, shortly after her boyfriend arrives gives her a kiss and ever since then is distracted.@6:55 I'm beginning to get frustrated as I have was standing one side without any assistance and the shop closes in 5 mins. I turn to another staff member and asked her if she can determine the purchase date off the system she turns to me and says the 02/11/2013. The manager over hears and says to me that "I'm not going to climb on a ladder to take off a box where the other file is in." I turn to her and said "That's not good customer service I have been waiting on you this entire time."She says " We do have a 30 day return policy but its not my problem you lost your slip, come again tomorrow."
