Poor service, attitide and stock levels

Iam extremely frustrated with the service of your greenacres store-the shelves are messy, items hardly priced, damaged goods and usually out of stock. Compare this is to walmer branch which gives great service and everything neat and tidy and priced. I feel this is why the @home stores are far better and professional. What is the point of the hype of the red carpet vouchers if the stores are nt even stocked up. I wanted to buy a coffee gusta machine-bt once again-no stock and all I get is mummbles frm unprofessional staff. The walmer branch doesn't stock those machines (also annoying), so now I lose out frm using my vouchers as I wanted-not impressed!!! And of course they can't order or in general don't knw anything abt anything. Train your staff. And sought the computers out that are always offline or freezing. Not happy! Tired of bad service.
