Not accommodating clients

A week ago i saw a pair of shoes but markham paarl did not have my size so i asked the counter staff to find out if they can arrange a pair and they went out of there way to assist me (great service), however the shoes came but the pricing changed, i asked the staff that i want it for the price i saw it the previous week they referred me to the manager and she just said no... the price you see now is the price you get... this is really unfair towards clients and i am considering closing my account now disappointed and unhappy client
