Always out of stock

I wanted to upgrade my contract to get a Samsung Note 3 plus gear. I phoned quite a few stores today to find out if they have stock. All of them said no. When I asked if they could order me stock, I was told no. I thought it was because I phoned, so I drove to a few stores. When I asked if they could order me stock I was told straight that they could not as the stores did not have any in stock and that they did not know when they would get stock. I would have to keep phoning THEM or come back to the stores until they have stock. I think that this is pathetic service from MTN as usual. I was told at the one store that I should phone 808 as they would be able to assist. Surprise - I was told that MTN direct does not do the Gear and that I should contact one of the stores. This is one of the reasons why my son and wife went to Vodacom as they actually deliver, they don't just make promises. In the last two years I cannot think of one compliment I can give MTN as everytime I upgraded I had problems with MTN.
