KAMBROOK CORDLESS KETTLE AND TOASTER

So I received the catalogue in the post on Tuesday - Wednesday I go to clicks and the staff says NO BRANCH HAS THIS STOCK!
So today I phone the call centre - and I get told it was only at limited stores (the stores who never sold all their units! Seriously do we guess who still would have stock? Why not break down the available stores who did have stock? (Which will be before the staff grabs all the stock)
By the sound of it - only one or two stores could have had stock So who did you advertise this product?
