Truworths
Over-debit

I owe truworths 1200 in total. I payed 200 last week, my installment should be 340 pm. Yersterday they debited 1300 and 5 minutes later they took another 500 out of my account. I went to enquire in Pinetwn branch &they said they wnt do anything about ig I must come back after 3/4 days. Im crushed inside because i had to use that money for important things. What must I do? Help
