Truworths debited unauthorised charges

On my recent Truworths statement dated 12 January, I have noticed that Truworths charged me for two amounts which I have not authorised. I have questioned this with them in writing, but to date have not had a response.
R24.00 annual service fee
R3.99 insurance premium
I have never signed up for the above 2 services, so Truworths debited my account incorrectly and now I don't get a response from them.
