I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received @ 15:01pm - 29/11/2013 when I called the customer care line of Homechoice to follow up on my order
An African lady whose name I did not grasp well as she was not really eager to assist (Zanele / Banele/ Nonela) was so clueless on what to do when I asked " At which stage is my order" She just replied "Pending" Pending is very broad for me, At which stage is the order as it is 6 days already, I needed something tangible because I cannot wait forever. She just told me that there is no way she can know that.
I requested her name & call ref number, that's when she decided to drop the call on my ear, I felt so humiliated & useless as I needed this information for my own planning as we are going towards Dec holidays. The last thing you need in such a state is someone dropping the call on your ear.
I called again to complain & a coloured guy answered, when I requested to speak to a supervisor/ manager on duty, he just denied me the right to telling me 3 times that he is trying to explain, I needed someone sensible to hear out & take action. After putting me on hold, he advised no supervisor available. I found this unacceptable!!
