I have an old chat 100 contract with cell c. They have been sending "you can upgrade now" sms's for a couple of months. During this week I decided to upgrade. Went to a branch in Pinelands and got very good service. The gentleman went out of his way to get the phone and called back with feedback. Then getting the upgrade done was the issue. The system shows some "order pending". The gent called the callcentre and was told they cannot do anything. I spoke to the lady who promised to forward it to another department. Waiting time 72 hrs. They cannot tell me what this " pending order" is.
I called 140, to get a tape telling me they are upgrading some system and thus could not transfer me to customer service. I was presented with a menu that eventualy took me to a agent. She could not assist and transfered me to another agent. She could not help but did indicate that this "pending order" was forwarded to some ather department. I wanted to speak to that department but they did not have a contact number. All I want to know is what is this " order pending".
No body can tell me, those that can, cannot be spoken to and I have to wait 72 hrs.

This is not good service.
