Time to change couriers Homechoice!

Placed an order on 17th March while I was home on leave. Paid for it immediately and on the 22nd March I received the standard sms that my order had been despatched and would take 4 to 5 working days. Called them a week later and was told I have not given them enough time. Called again on the 5th of April and was given a number to sms which would send me a location of my parcel. The report stated: item not found. Once again called Homechoice and got through to Pat who found out for me that the couriers decided they would ignore the postal code which I had supplied and send my parcel to Bloemfontein as that seemed a nice destination for it. At this stage I informed Pat that I would be leaving the country on business on the 9th April and she assured me she would call me before then with more information. Pat called again before I left the country and explained that my parcel was lost and they would re-issue it and send it via different courier to speed things up (THANKS PAT!) I also gave Pat my wifes number to contact her should there be any development. Last communication from Homechoice was a text saying my order will be delayed 6-8weeks!! What now??? :-( So disappointed!
