We need feedback on the status of our order. One of our existing queen sets are begin exchanged for a new & better quality item. The one we have now is "sagging" after 1 year!!!
We paid in R5000 for the exchange and upgrade to the new queen set. This was done about a week and half ago.
We never get any feedback or any of our calls returned from Dial a bed in Vredenburg.
We are moving to a new home tomorrow and told this to Angie and Doriaan a couple of times. Tomorrow we are not even at the address that they have anymore.
We still don't know when the bed will be delivered or what the is going on.
Need urgent feedback & very very disappointed with the service from Dial a bed Vredenburg.
