I have been speaking to the customer relationship department regarding the sneaker i purchased for my daughter. In September it was arranged for the snealer to be collected from my residence. On the 13 September the sneaker was collected from my residence by the eastgate branch driver. He assured me the manager will contact me that same evening. NO CALL UP TO TODAY. I then called the call centre last week and spoke to Busi who promised to call me back wthin the same day. TILL NOW NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL ME. I AM CLUELESS WHETHER THE SNEAKER IS GOING TO BE REPLACED OR AM I GOING TO BE REIMBURSED. CAN SOMEONE JUST FREAKING CALL ME AND TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON HOW MUCH LONGER MUST I WAIT YOU EDGARS YOU DONT KNOW THE FIRST THING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING JUST GIVE ME THE BROKEN SNEAKER BACK
