Pathetic customer service

Visited the pick n pay hyper at the centurion lifestyle centre, had a complaint about prices on the barcodes, scanners and advertised prices being different from each other, when brought to the the customer care managers attention, Narini insulted and embarrased me making me look as if i was wrong saying that head office had sent them the "incorrect advert", took it a level higher and complained to Phumla and she ridiculed us as well, tore up the ad and mocked me in sotho not realising i undwerstood the [URL Removed] to the store manager and she refused to do anyrhing, according to her she was new and said that staff wasnt properly trained.i am completely appauled at their lack of customer care and manners, customer was supposed to be king, but instead of finding a solution to the problem they insulted me and brushed my complaints aside. You guys need to pull your socks up!!!
